-Direct experience in defining optimized fermentation protocols of microbial based products. -Managing and leading people , aligning them to company goals and proactively dealing with performance issues.
-Critical evaluation of experimental design & troubleshooting for problem resolution using fit for purpose science
-Using an influencing leadership style to work across different teams successfully
