Boomer Cardinale

Boomer is the head of global business excellence and North American marketing director at Decco, the post-harvest unit of ag-chemical giant UPL. Boomer has over 20 years of experience as a top-level global marketing, strategy, and food value chain thought leader. Prior to joining UPL, Boomer was the marketing director for start-up Natural Industries, later acquired by Novozymes BioAg where Boomer managed the biocontrol marketing activities.  After leaving Novozymes, Boomer held several global management roles at chemical giant BASF including bioinsecticides lead where Boomer launched BASF’s first bioinsecticide all over the world. Boomer completed his communications degree at Texas A&M University and earned both an MBA at Indiana University and a Masters in Ag Economics at Purdue. Boomer resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Marie and daughters, Gianna and Victoria, and his Great Dane Sterling.
