BPIA provided feedback following plant biostimulant roundtable hosted by USDA.

The BPIA 2022 Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 17-18, 2022, at the Hyatt Regency Monterey, California.

BPIA recently moderated the Farm Foundation’s Biologicals in Agriculture Forum which surveyed the landscape of biological crop protection in agriculture.

BPIA along with several other trade association sent a letter congratulating Secretary Vilsack and Administrator Regan on their recent confirmations.

The Food and Agriculture Climate Alliance (FACA) announced that it is expanding membership to include BPIA and several other organizations.

The biological products market has been building up over the last few years. The sector is on track to become a major factor in global agriculture.

BPIA members participated in the first PRIA Coalition Quarterly Stakeholder Meeting of 2020. As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the entire meeting was conducted remotely.

Rather than hold an in-person meeting, the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) will hold its Spring 2020 meeting online via public webinar on April 29-30, 2020. Along with some of our members, BPIA will provide oral comments during the pubic webinar on behalf of the biological products industry.

We hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy during these unprecedented circumstances. We have not received any reports of any of our 2020 Annual Meeting attendees becoming infected with COVID-19.

In support of the United Nations General Assembly’s International Year of Plant Health, BPIA held its 2020 Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon.

BPIA participated in the final PRIA Coalition Quarterly Stakeholder Meeting of 2019 at the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention’s Office of Pesticide Programs in Crystal City.
