Steve Thurman is President of Blue Norther Investments and its Agribusiness subsidiary 45th & Farm, LLC. With over 40 years of experience in the global crop protection and plant health industry, Steve advises clients on strategy and enterprise development with a particular focus on adjuvants, biologicals, and generic crop protection products. Successful collaborations involve the launch of plant-based peptide biostimulants in the USA, introduction of commercially scalable reduced-risk adjuvants in North America and Europe, assistance with development of novel generic glyphosate formulations in North and South America and evaluation of microbial soil health technologies in Canada, the USA and Argentina.
Based in the Dallas, Texas area Steve is a Distinguished Alumnus of Texas A&M University-Commerce where he established the Thurman Family Agriculture Endowment at Texas A&M University in Commerce Texas.
