Clark McPheeters operates a farm in Gothenburg, Nebraska, where his family has worked the land for six generations. He produces food grade corn used in tortilla chips as well as soybeans and alfalfa. Since returning to the farm in 2011, he has used his engineering background to solve problems and improve efficiency of the farming operation using technology. He believes that an important part of farming is being a good steward of all his resources.
