We have defended FIFRA enforcement actions and matters arising under all other major statutes, including state equivalents. Our experience includes developing and litigating FIFRA cases at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and negotiating with the EPA and customs officials regarding imported pesticide products and devices denied entry at U.S. ports. We maintain close contacts with key enforcement officials in the EPA’s Office of Civil Enforcement, as well as with key European Commission officials.
