As an established professional in the biocontrols space, Rick has 25 years of experience in agriculture, marketing, communications, and business management. Rick has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Biological Products Industry Alliance (BPIA), a US-based trade association representing the biocontrols and biostimulants industries. He is also a former president of BioProtection Global, the global association of biocontrols trade organizations. In his 25-year career, Melnick has served in Director positions with both Valent BioSciences and Meister Media Worldwide.
